New July BTO Flats (Singapore):
HDB is launching new July BTO flats launch in July 2011 for the public housing market. These highly subsidized form of housing is highly sought after because of the lower prices as compared to private residential housing. First time HDB buyers can also qualify for generous subsidies to purchase a new BTO HDB flat.
Some of the new July BTO flats are going to be launched in attractive residential locations in Singapore.
There are 7 new BTO projects for the July 2011 launch. A total of 3600 new units of HDB BTO flats will be available for purchase.
